These terms apply to MAOWCE (“the site”), a personal clean energy journalism project. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Content and rights
Everything published on MAOWCE, article text, charts, and the way data is presented, is the work of the site's author unless a source is credited. You may read, link to, and share individual articles for personal, non-commercial purposes. Short excerpts may be quoted with clear credit and a link back to the original article. Full articles, in whole or in substantial part, may not be republished, reproduced, or redistributed on another site or platform without written permission. Bulk copying, scraping for resale, or presenting this content as your own is not permitted.
This site's robots.txt separately names the search and AI crawlers that are welcome to read and cite it. That permission covers reading and citing, not wholesale republishing.
3. Accuracy
Every fact and figure on this site is sourced and, wherever possible, traced to where it came from, but mistakes can still happen in any published work. MAOWCE is not liable for losses arising from errors, omissions, or downtime, and nothing here should be treated as professional, financial, or safety advice.
4. Links to other sites
Articles link to outside sources for verification. MAOWCE has no control over, and no responsibility for, the content of external sites linked from this one.
5. Corrections
If something is wrong, it gets fixed. See the FAQ for how that works.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site grows. Significant changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
